Conditions for Exchanges or Returns

Return due to Regret

    Requirements: Product showing no signs of use, in its original intact packaging, with all accessories and invoice.
Max's Tip: "Keep the packaging until you are sure the product is what you needed. This way, we avoid any inconvenience!"

Exchange due to Defect or Non-Conformity

    Deadlines: 30 days for non-durable products (e.g., consumables) and 90 days for durable products (e.g., electronics).
  • 📸
    Requirements: Proven defect (photos or videos are welcome to speed up the analysis) and invoice or order number.
Max's Observation: "Products damaged during transport? Don't worry: we will cover the replacement immediately after analysis."

Step-by-Step to Request

    Initial Contact: Send an email to suporte@maxrenovacao.com.br or a WhatsApp message to (11) 97994-7666 with the order number, photos/videos, and the reason for the request.

    Approval: Our team will respond within up to 48 business hours with instructions for shipping the product.
  3. 3.
    Return: Return shipping is free in case of defect. After we receive the product, the analysis will be completed within 5 business days.

Post-Return Options

    Exchange for another product: Choose an item of equivalent value or pay the difference, if necessary.
  • 💰
    Refund: Credit card chargeback (within up to 2 invoices) or immediate refund via Pix after approval.
