For regret, the deadline is 7 calendar days after receipt. For defects, the policy states 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, with requests made via email or WhatsApp and analysis after product receipt.
In cases of approved defects, the policy states free return shipping and analysis within 5 business days after product receipt.
Max Renovação offers payment methods available at checkout, including Pix, credit card, and installment Pix via Pagaleve when available.
For Pix, Max may offer a discount according to the active campaign. For credit cards, conditions appear before completing the purchase.
