Return due to Regret
Deadline: You have up to 7 calendar days, starting from the receipt of the product, to request a return.
Step-by-Step:
- Request: Send an email to suporte@maxrenovacao.com.br with your full name and order number.
- Approval: We will respond within 48 business hours with a postage code for free shipping.
- Refund: The amount will be fully refunded using the same payment method within 30 days after we receive the product back.

Return due to Manufacturing Defect
Deadline: You have up to 30 calendar days, starting from the receipt of the product, to report a defect.
Step-by-Step:
- Request: Send an email to suporte@maxrenovacao.com.br with your full name, order number, and photos or video proving the defect.
- Technical Analysis: Our team will evaluate the case within 5 business days after receiving the product.
- Solution: After approval, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement with a new product (subject to availability).
