Regions and Delivery Times

  São Paulo (Capital): 1 to 3 business days.

  Other States: 3 to 15 business days. (Delivery times may vary due to strikes, weather conditions, or logistical delays)

Product Origin

All products are shipped directly from our distribution center in São Paulo (SP), ensuring agile shipping and strict quality control.

Shipping Calculation

  Prices are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, dimensions, and selected carrier (Correios or partners).
• ❌
  We do not offer free shipping. The transportation cost is calculated transparently to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio.

Order Tracking

  The tracking code will be sent to your email within 24 business hours after the product is posted.

  Tracking can be done directly on the Correios website or the informed partner carrier.

Important Conditions

  Correct Address: It is the customer's responsibility to check delivery details before finalizing the purchase. No changes are allowed after 24 hours of placing the order.
• 📦
  Delivery Attempts: After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the product will be available for pickup at the Correios agency for up to 7 days. If not picked up, it will be returned to our distribution center, and a new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery.

  Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, please notify our team within 48 hours of receipt, sending clear photos of the problem.

Fees and Bureaucracy

  Domestic Shipments: As these are domestic shipments, no customs fees are charged.

  Returns due to Refusal: In cases of refusal to receive or return due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
